Come to our first open evening
The first Totnes Business Forum open evening is coming round fast, and everyone with a business in Totnes and the surrounding area is welcome.
Date: Wednesday 7th October 2026
Time: 6–7.30pm
What the Forum is for
The Forum is a semi-structured organisation that acts as a hub for people to interact, share ideas, collaborate and innovate, helping businesses in the area to thrive. We are supported by Totnes Town Council and so benefit from engagement with relevant representatives.
What to expect on the night
The evening will be as informal as possible. After a brief introduction, there'll be an opportunity to interact, ask questions and share ideas. The meeting is open to everyone with a business, whether or not you've already joined. Members will receive invitations to future meetings and to special interest groups relevant to their area of business.
One of the areas for improvement highlighted in the Totnes Community Economic Plan was business waste management, so expect this to feature as one of our first projects. We're currently gathering information, so if you have thoughts or ideas in this area, we'd love to hear your views. And if you have ideas for other projects, now is the time to tell us.
Joining the Forum
Membership starts from £5/month, and you can sign up on the night or on our website. TBF is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC), so we aim to keep membership costs as low as possible.
Can't make the 7th? You can still apply online or email hello@totnesbusinessforum.co.uk.
We look forward to seeing you there!
